Puja Samagri List

About Us

Our Story

The hardest part of puja preparation is remembering everything. One forgotten item means another rushed shop run on festival night. This website was born from that problem — complete samagri checklists for every major Indian puja and festival, with estimated costs and tickable lists — completely free, no login required.

How our lists are prepared

1. Authentic sources

Each list is checked against standard works on dharmaśāstra and published panchang pathak references (see "References" below).

2. Regional tradition

The same puja uses different samagri in different regions. We follow the most widely practised tradition and add regional alternatives where useful.

3. Price estimates

Prices shown with each item are market-survey-based estimates — actual prices vary by city, shop and season.

4. Continuous improvement

Lists are updated regularly with reader suggestions. If something is missing, tell us via the contact page. contact page

A note of care
